"Kurt is fantastic. We searched for weeks to find a new circuit board for our hot tub and Kurt had one- he even needed it for himself but instead gave it to us, knowing our hot tub pumps would eventually fail if we didn’t get a board in time. We drove up to Fort Collins and he was there to help; he explained everything to my husband and even called him back a few days later to help walk us through a configuration question. Hands down best customer service we’ve received and FAR better pricing than the chain spa locations we used to frequent. Will definitely be returning. Thanks for all the help!"

"Spa World Fort Collins is fantastic! Kurt and Shane have been awesome. I just purchased a used hot tub from a friend that purchased it new from these guys. I reached out Spa World get their help moving it into my backyard. So thankful I did not move it myself. They did an amazing job. Moving forward a few weeks our hot tub quit heating and needless to say we were bummed! So I called up to the store and asked for service, Kurt answered and began asking troubleshooting all the issues I was having, he spent so much time on the phone explaining how to do everything, he didn’t have to do any of it but he did and I couldn’t be more thankful!! "Great experience. We bought our tub in June. They exceeded our expectations in every way. When they quoted our lead time it actually arrived a bit early and great communication throughout. They even came to our house to meet with our contractor to ensure everything was being done right on patio construction for the hot tub. We’ve had a few calls with questions after the sale and they always are very helpful. The chemical system they set up for us is very easy to follow, and the waters are great!"
